List of Requirements for Renewing Applicants

Ensure you have the following updated documents ready for your scholarship renewal application:

  • Authenticated/Certified True Copy of Official Form/Registration Form/Certificate of Matriculation for the semester/term applied for

  • Original/Authenticated/Certified True Copy of Certificate of Grades last semester with school seal/official signature (For Trimester and Quarter Terms, grades for the past two (2) terms;

  • Photocopy of School ID or any VALID Government-Issued ID (within the validity period, back-to-back on a single page, bearing the applicant’s printed name and signature)

  • One of the parents must be a registered and active voter of Taguig

  • The applicant must be a registered and active voter of Taguig if 18 years old or older

  • Birth Certificate (issued by PSA/NSO/Civil Registry Office)

Accurate and up-to-date documentation will streamline the renewal process.

List of Acceptable Valid IDs:
  • e-Card/UMID Card,
  • Driver's License,
  • Passport,
  • SSS ID,
  • Voter's ID,
  • BIR (TIN ID),
  • Person’s with Disability (PWD) ID,
  • Solo Parent ID,
  • Barangay ID,
  • Postal ID,
  • PhilHealth ID,
  • Philippine Identification (PhilID/ePhilID/National ID),
  • AFP Beneficiary/Dependent’s ID,
