Renewal Application Requirements
Ensure you have the following updated documents ready for your scholarship renewal application:
- Authenticated/Certified True Copy of Official Form/Registration Form/Certificate of Matriculation for the semester/term applied for
- Original/Authenticated/Certified True Copy of Certificate of Grades last semester with school seal/official signature (For Trimester and Quarter Terms, grades for the past two (2) terms)
- Photocopy of School ID or any VALID Government-Issued ID (within the validity period, back-to-back on a single page, bearing the applicant’s printed name and signature)
- One of the parents must be a registered and active voter of Taguig (or EMBO barangays)
- The applicant must be a registered and active voter of Taguig (or EMBO barangays) if 18 years old or older
- Birth Certificate (issued by PSA/NSO/Civil Registry Office)
Accurate and up-to-date documentation will streamline the renewal process.
List of Acceptable Valid IDs:
e-Card/UMID Card, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, Voter's ID, BIR (TIN ID), Person’s with Disability (PWD) ID, Solo Parent ID, Barangay ID, Postal ID, PhilHealth ID, Philippine Identification (PhilID/ePhilID/National ID), AFP Beneficiary/Dependent’s ID
